Additional comments: I wasnt sure what I was doing or looking for but he was able to help me just from a description of the problem I was having with a laptop and pictures I took of the motherboard! Even though I made the process longer and more complicated than it should have been, he didnt get irritated or impatient with me. He also didnt make me feel inept. Ive already recommended his website to all my friends with computers who dont know what they're doing either. I cant thank him enough and will return to him if I run into problems in the future!!

His philosophy agrees with mine, to wit, don't "over buy" technology. I was under the gun and Eric was able to buy the components for an entire new computer system and install it in one day. He provided great customer service. The system is running just fine.

Additional comments: Eric knows which manufactures provide the best products for the best price. He took the time to understand my needs before quoting a system to me. He gave me choices. Due to his astute shopping, the money he saved enabled me to get a desired but not necessary component that,otherwise, would not have fit within my budget. Eric is now "my computer guy."

How was the visit: Eric, you are professional, and patient, and knowledgeable about your business. I like that if you don't know something, you aren't afraid to admit that you don't know. I think it was just a question about laptops, and you were very straightforward that wasn't (at the time) your specialty. You are also prompt, and don't make/and or leave a mess after working on my computer. You are also easily accessible, and returned my phone calls within a very reasonable time frame.

How was the quality of the service you received: The quality of service I received was nothing less than professional, and I felt I got more service than I paid for. I especially liked that you put antispyware, etc types of things share ware on my computer that works better than the Norton I was using, and now I refer people to those websites, for adequate coverage.

Additional comments: If I know someone with a computer problem, I do pass on your name and website, unfortunately, those people are mostly located in california, and that's a bit of a commute. I think you offer excellent service at an affordable price, and hopefully I will be able to utilize your services for a long time, before you become too expensive for me! haha lol. Thank you for your promptness, and you obviously know what you are doing, and appear to be very competant. I'm sure as time goes on, you will have a thriving business, to help you with your school costs. You remain in my prayers for your needs to be met, and to continue to do well, so successfully.
